mazda rx8 sound like formula 1?

hi
i have mazda rx 8. idont know much about cars bus i want to make my car sound like one of formula 1 racing cars or close to it. i want the sound to be like whsileing sound. i dont know if its possible and if it is what should i do and how much does it cost.
 
ok the whistling sound is a turbo kit
and the rx 8 can sound louder and better than a stock one with the right exhaust

the price tag would be 2K +
just to buy the kits
and plus you will need to have them installed for you
