Mazda RX8 - Rotary Engine?

I went to have my oil changed in january and the man said it had some water in the Oil. He said they see that from time to time with fluctuation in temperature (weather) I live in North Louisiana. So I had them flush and put new oil in. Now March 10- the engine light came on - I check the oil and guess what? Water in it again. looked like milk shake. What is causing this? Also the car flooded about 3 Weeks ago
