mazda rx8 maintenance question?

hey i want to get an rx8 but my friends told me some stuff about it. they said that every time you get gas you should get your oil because of they rotary engine and that i have to warm in up every time i start the car.? is this true?
 
Got mazda rx8 too. Just have to Add engine oil every 1000 km. warn up for like one or two minute and i start driving it. car got 180xxx km on it still running strong. Don't know why people said it had problem with it .
