Mazda RX-7 FC s4 exhaust issues/sounds?

ok so my FC has a noise coming from the header. i think it may be an exhaust gasket vibration to the engine or to the header to the cat. its a clicking tapping noise. if i recall, i think it could be the exhaust gasket because the one i have on the header to the cat, tore a bit. but any tips can help right now thanks
