Help! I stopped at a local mom and pop dealership today and he is selling a 2008 Miata (Touring--power retractable hard top!) with 600 actual miles for $11,500 pay now. Said the rear bumper was damaged at the dealership in Florida and it has a rebuilt title. Had the bumper repaired so it cannot be identified as damaged and all welds look great.
OK, I know 'buyer beware' about rebuilt titles, but gosh darn, how bad can this be with only 600 miles? Drives like a dream. Carfax adds nothing new. Advice?
