the car doesn't heat and car windows fog up.. i tried replacing the thermostat and adding more 50/50 antifreeze (it was a bit low) and still no results.. i think it might me the plug the connects to the thermostat..but they don't sell that anywhere.. any ideas what else could be wrong?

OK, I'm not a car mechanic, but the thermostat does NOT heat the interior of your car. The thermostat holds water from circulating through the engine until it reaches the proper temperature for bringing up oil temperature. I would look at the heater switch, and possibly a heater fan motor fault.
