mazda heat problem desperately need help?

I own a 93 mazda mx3 and my problem is when it comes to winter time well i have no heat,well i do but barely,now i changed the thermostat,put a new winter one changed the antifreeze,checked and cleaned my core heater 4 days ago and i guess it helped but theres still not enough heat,also i checked the trap doors to the vents...my car runs hot(normal hot) and now i think ive done just about everything and im out of imagination,need help thanx in advance i vote 4 best answer
