I have recently had the nose fixed of my Mk1 MX5, using panels from an Eunos Roadster and am now left with a circular recess in my bonnet where the Eunos badge used to be. Have tried to find a Mazda badge to replace, but none seem to fit as can only find for a Mk2 (the original nose from the MX5 didn't have a badge, just in case you're thinking i'm being silly!!!)
Does anyone know if any Mk1s ever had front badges and if so, where I might pick one up....or any suggestions on what to do with the gap?? Unfortunately, had i realised prior to the work being done it could probably have been filled before the panel was re-sprayed....but alas i'm not that on the ball!!!
