Mazda B4000, shaky start up...?

I've got a 1994 Mazda B4000. Whenever I start it up in the morning it shakes. In addition to being a little rough, the dashboard, cab, etc just shakes. Not a little vibration but a more serious shaking up and down--Like the engine or something is just out of sync and it's rocking the cab... Does that make sense?
