mazda b2200 wont rev up?

Hey i have a 91 b2200 fuel injection. The truck starts out fine but i cant drive it since it wont rev up past 1500 rpm. I have tested the mass airflow sensro and all of my readings are within spec acording to chiltons manual. Any pointers? anybody elsa have this happen before? thanks in advance
