Mazda 626 clicking noise?

I bought a 95 mazda 626 4cylinder. it passed smog yesterday, has 100,000 miles. only thing it idles rough in drive(not neutral), automatic, and it makes a clicking noise in front no matter how fast i go, sound like from tires or... noise is coming from the front, sometimes it goes away for a few seconds... any idea??
 
if it does it while moving it could be wheel bearings or cv joints..bearings will do this most of the time....cv joints will make noise mainly when making turns..
