Mazda 3s Touring at 11k or Altima 2.5s at 10k?

Hi

I am planning to buy a car, but i am confused. I am not planning to buy any Hyundai,honda or Toyota. I am planning to buy either a NIssan or Mazda.

I have two options at hand right now

1. Mazda 3s touring 2006 ( 59K miles) at 11K
2. Nissan Altima 2.5s 2006( 67K) at 10k.

Which car is better as a deal. I am planning to use the car for next 2 years and then change. I am not able to decide for myself. Can you please help?

No doubt the Altima. My friend has the first generation Mazda3 (2003-2008) and hates it. The interior is really cheap. The engine is course, loud and not powerful. The sound system becomes static some times. The seats are uncomfortable on long rides and the rear seat is cramped. The Altima is much more reliable and has a better history of reliablity. I personally think the Altima is a more comfortable, stylish car.
