I'm in the market for a new car with in the next couple of months and I'm trying to decide between a 2006 Mazda 3 s and a 2006 Subaru Impreza. My budget is around 11-12k and I will be moving out to Utah for school, so snow will be an issue. I really like the looks of both so that's not an issue. I was wondering more towards how is the mazda in the snow? which one is more reliable/cheaper to maintain?
