Mazda 3 Angel eyes wiring help.?

I just ordered mazda 3 angel eyes off ebay there going to be coming in a few days i was looking at mazda forums about installing them and what not. I dont know if anyone knows much about the fuse box inside the engine compartment but i was told you would wire them up to the fuse box some way to make them turn on and run like day time running lights AKA running when the car is on. but i dont know if i can tap into a fuse and just stick the wire to the side and if that pulls elec. into the wire or acts like a switch to it. im really confused im going to keep looking but i was hoping someone knows a but about wiring them into cars
