Maybe going to japan to university NEED ANSWERS QUICKLY!!?

It depends on which school you plan to go to. Most of the time, they will have courses in English, but not all. If you've already decided on a school, get in contact with the Faculty. They would be able to answer your questions the best. Medicine is much like Aviation, international, and when international is concerned..English is usually a base language. (For example, I'm living in Brussels and the hospital next to me works in English as well as Dutch.)
 
Okay,Im thinking about going to study Medicine in Japan but i don't know Japanese,(well when if come to japan i'll have 1yr of japanese language training ONLY :D ) but as you probably know Japanese is really hard to learn language and the medicine is really hard too so im a bit afraid now that i won't be able to learn japanese good enough to learn .Now comes my question : Are the classes held on english or are they on japanese :S

ps.

just to read a newspapers you need to know at least3000 kanji >O then how much do you need to know to understand medical books 5k maybe :S
