I'm thinking about taking vitamin b5, the problem is I don't understand the measurements. A person my age should try taking around 5 grams a day, it says 500mg on the front, what does this mean, how many pills do I need to take? My dad is saying that this amount is too high and it could be dangerous, but I really don't know the measurements. Does this mean Ten pills? That's a hell of alot.
