May have Bricked SCH-U490

I just flashed a samsung u490, all was fine until i messed around with the Brew settings. Now the phone will not boot past the Verizon screen. Is there anyway to somehow reset the phone back to factory settings, so I can reflash again and not mess with the Brew settings again.

I sure appreciate any help on this.
