May family has a history of paranormal (sight) help me.?

In my family when the youngest child turns 10 - 10 1/2 they see a man. he wears a top hat and a cape. you only see him once and thats it. Then you start seeing..... other things. and unfortunatly im the youngest and i see and hear strange things ALL that time and it freaks me out. i know i should be scared but not when your teddy bear gets thrown at you.... then you start to freak out of what else could happen. Theres also breathing in my closest and coming up the stair every night...... and other things have happened to my family to. my mom out of no where herd the word 'bitch' told to her in her ear, she felt the warm breath and everything. my sister say two eyes staring at her over a lift sort of thing upstairs. my nephew was sleeping and i had to whatch him one night so i was doing homework by his crib. i herd the breathing coming up the stairs and it kept coming closer and closer until it was right ontop of me. i was practucly hyperventalating i was so scared. when it stopped the next thing i hear is my nephew crying and he cant lift himself up. i had to grab him and he felt really heavy for a couple secounds then when he was in my arms he was light again, he also stopped crying like nothing happened so i put him back and curled up in a ball.(what else was i to do?) Theres a lot more like things falling/moving and the tv acting up. small stuff like that But i just want to know whats going on and what to do about it. Help?
