in the first game of Max Payne. i am trying to access the cheat menu. I use my thumbs and my pointers. so i need those to press L+R. plus hold down the analog sticks down. so my four fingers are taken. but now i have to press the white and black buttons, without moving the analog sticks at all. which fingers should i use since my gaming fingers are already taken. I hope who ever is reading this is understanding this. PLEASE HELP!!!
