3+(h-2)=5+h3

i need help i don't know what to do this is what i do please help me

3+(h-2)=5+3h

3+h+2=5+3h {distributive property}

3-5+2=-h+3h {like terms}

0=2h {simple math}

h= 0/2 h=0

in my math text book it says h=-2 i don't get how they get that

Question 2

A triangle has angle measures that are related as follows:

> the largest angle is 8 times the smallest angle
> the middle angle is 3 times the smallest angle
for the smallest angle they just give x
find the measure of all the angles

please explain these questions to me because i don't understand them

IS 3+h-2=5+h3 and NOT 3+h+2=5=h3 the 2 is negative and not positive dear

2nd question

8x + 3x + x =180
12x=180
x=15 sooo smallest angel is 15
middle angle is 45
and the largest angle is 120
