However he wants me to pay using western union
It seems western union will issue me with a MTCN code number and only with the code number can someone get their cash
So i am supposed to send this code number to the http://www.express-air-delivery.com/ which is the carrier of the phones
And then only when i sign the reciept when i recieve the phones at my house issit that he will be able to collect his cash
Does this sound riddiculous.. The MTCN (money transaction control number) however seems to make it not look like a fraud

Thanks for the mail and i want to tell you that almost every bank has a Western Union office and you can send the money from there after you receive and verify the tracking number from me (at this adress www.express-air-delivery.com ) after you receive and verify the tracking number from me you will go and send the money via Western Union and mail the MTCN (money transfer control number) to the Express Air Delivery company , they will check it to see if it`s valid and after that they will send you the package at your door , after you receive the package and verify the content to see if the item that you`ve ordered is in the package you will sign a paper receipt in wich you will confirm that the package contains the item that you`ve ordered , only after that they will send me the MTCN that you`ve sent them so i can pick up the money , if by any reason you don`t sign the paper receipt they will not send me the MTCN and you can withdraw your money , this way is safe for both of us , please mail me your shipping adress along with your full name so i can send the package.
