Im 13 and was masturbating recently and it felt like I was about to ejaculate (I just started ejaculating and have only done so twice) but instead of ejaculating it felt like I was peeing and lots of clear liquid came out, almost like pee but it had no odour whatsoever. I was wondering what this was, is it pre ejaculation or pee?

Also my erect size is 4.5 inches and is this average?
