I am wondering, if you decide to get a master's before getting into a doctorate program, does admissions for the doctorate look at your master's GPA and content, or your undergrad GPA and content?
For instance if I want to get an MA in psychology, and then later get a Ph.D. in psychology, will the Ph.D. program consider my master's to be more important or my undergraduate degree? What if I did better in the master's program versus my bachelor's?
