There's no cheat foods, you are supposed to keep drinking the lemonade if you're hungry. The hunger passes around Day 3. I just started the fast today, I stay on the healthboards for support as I go. I've not done a fast in four years, since I had my daughter, so I'm not sure how I'll manage with her around - she's high energy. But, I am going for it anyway. If I find that I am unable to cope with her, I plan to add fruit smoothies with some type of milk substitute, but I'm hoping I can avoid that. I've done this fast four times before, I do recall it being easier as the days passed.
