Mass Driving Laws- Laws leaving the scene?

Anyone know the usual penalty in mass for leaving the scene of an accident. There was no real personal or public property damage (with the exception of some tree brush), and no personal injury's. I'm assuming this is a misdemeanor, but i was wondering what the fees usually are and mainly if this particular situation should affect insurance rates and by how much.
