Anybody watching?

I love this film, takes me back to a simpler time.

I did have a little chuckle to myself though.

When placing the advert for the Nanny, A song was sang with the line

"A British bank is run with precision"

lol how times have changed!

You'll have to fast-forward 17 years to S.O.B. to see Mary's Poppout. Quite an impression it makes too, although by all accounts there was some 'scaffolding' involved.

I never saw the film but do remember seeing the pic of her boobs in The Sun. As you would expect from them they went with the heading Mary Popouts :p

I totally agree. I remember being dragged to the cinema to see this more years ago then I care to remember. The trauma is still with me now over 40 years later. I absolutely hated it. Vile film! Dick Van ******** doing that ridiculous "cor blimey guvnor" cockernee accent. That bloody tuppence a bag song too - not to mention supercall...or what ever the hell it is called!

I saw a few bits of this when it was on yesterday. The totally unrealistic way the four of them jumped into the painting made me smile. The 'special effects' they had in them days was a bit laughable. This has to be one of the most harmless films in the history of films.

Great film and music, but ( not that I'm a kid fancier you understand ) the two children are strangely uncute, even unattractive, and are lousy actors .

They let the whole thing down

They seemed to be favourites of the Disney organisation because they appear in other Disney films of that time.
