My 1st Dan Paper is on Benefits of TKD in Society. So I have a two part question for all Martial Artist. I am not separating this to just Tae Kwon Do because I believe we can all benefit from the answers given. Thank You.

2) What is your preferred method of Meditation i.e. Hard, Soft, with Movement, or Stationary? And please name it.. Tai Chi, Qi Gong. etc. Thank You.
