Martial arts and meditation in the morning?

I've been studying the martial arts for about 10 years now and am thinking of trying a new routine where I wake up and do yoga for 5 minutes, martial arts for 15 minutes, and mediate for 10 minutes after that. Have any of you done this as a morning routine and would you say that it's worth it?
I would like to meditate for a few hours actually, but I'm talking about a weekday when I have my college classes start at 9 am.
