Martech error message!! PLEASE HELP

Im trying to repair a damaged flash Siemens S46 with Martech service tools 4.6b and when i try to access the cellphone, it tells me press power on, and when i press it says: "Privileged Instruction"
Does anyone knows what it means?!

I can help if you answer below questions:

Do you have original Martech box or clone box?
Are you running Windows XP?
If you click the box info tab does it read:
interface serial=0
Interface type= Not Read
Registration String= Not Read
 
Im running winxp pro and yes, the info box says the details you mentioned.
Im not sure whats clone martech box and whats not...

Martech Box will NOT run on XP.
Install Martech on Windows 98, or ME this should work.
If you still have problems after OS change contact me
and I will help.
 
Now that really pisses me off!!
what about compatibility options in windows xp, i can change the program to run in windows 98 environment, would that do any good?
 
NO Martech Box will not run on XP...
Windows "compatibility option" will NOT work either.
I have raised my questions to the Martech team but my questions have been ignored by them on their support site. The software is great so I just run it on another computer and move on.
 
Martech old runs on XP you just have to run a small patch for it..
