Marrying someone going into the military?

My girlfriend leaves for basic in a week and i need to know if i can marry her before she leaves, without making her change her day to ship out. She thinks they with post pone her deployment date because they"ll have to redo all the paperwork. Im not in the military so i don't really know how any of this works. She doesn't know either because if she tells her recruiter hes going to be pissed so we kinda have to do it then tell him.
So if anyone knows what will happen let me know i don't have much time and i don't want this chance slipping away.
