married man in the military?

i was dating this guy for over a year found out he had an wife a couple days ago should i go to the commander and tell them or just for get about it talked to his wife she dont believe me
 
WOW eventhough they take adultery seriousely it is his word against yours. If you had say proof ---- which I doubt it then that would be different. We had a friend thatwas cheating on his wife while deployed and he got demoted and some money taken away but that was about it but he was caught in the act.

I would just move on I know that seems harsh but there is really no other alternative. How did this go on for a year??
 
It is your word against his. He won't get more than a slap on the wrist even if you have proof of adultery since it is handle at the lowest level. Move on with your life.
 
I've seen a lot of people kicked out for a lot less. The military takes that kind of thing very seriously.

You can report it to his CDR, the least he will receive will be a reprimand and have trouble making promotions. The worst he could receive would be getting kicked out after a courts martial with a small amount of jail time. Depends on the soldier, depends on the severity of the situation.

If it were just a fling, I would say move on, but a year? How on earth did you get suckered for a year? This guy should teach classes.
