lawyers? ok this is complicated, Im english my ex is norwegian i got pregnant and moved to norway where we were married when we had our daughter connie, she is half norwegian and he has 50% parental rights over her, we seperated and got back together when she was 8 months but stayed seperated when i got pregnant with my son then he left when i was 3 months pregnant, I moved back to england when my son was 3 months old as my ex was making my life hell and wasnt really taking responcibility of our children, now im living in the uk, my son is 100% english and i have full responcibilty for him since we were seperated and living apart when he was born, my daughter is 50% norwegain and he has 50% responcibilty for her since we were married and living together when she was born. we are now divorced and im wondering if i automatically get 100% responcibility for my daughter or if i have to go to court for it? can he damand to see her of take her alone? he has threatened to kidnapp both my babies before.
