My fiance and i are both 17 and expecting our baby girl any day now. I've read that in the state of florida if your having a child with someone and are at least 16 you can be married without parental consent, is this true? Our parents would sign for us to be married but we live five hours from our parents. (we live with other family) Could they fax their signatures over and that work? Or do we even need their consent?
