I currently live in Georgia and is filing for divorce from my husband who committed adultry. My husband purchased his home in March 2007(before we got married). I moved in with him in July 2008. We have been married for 2 years. We did not have any pre-nuptial agreements before we were married. What I would like to know is if I have any entitlement to spousal support/alimony or the property. I'm not sure if Georgia is a community property state or just equitable. I have made improvements to the home to increase the value significantly. I don't want to miss out on anything I'm entitled to if any.
