Marks on my arm, caused by checking my blood pressure?

I had my blood pressure checked yesterday for the first time and now i have these weird marks on my arm. It looks like maybe a small blood vessel might have burst or something. It's like a line of small dots of blood underneath my skin. I had a few of them on the same arm before the check and thought it was caused by me lifting alot of things and maybe squashed something accidentally.

But can u get marks like these after having ur blood pressure checked out?
