Mario Kart Wii: Daisy+Mach Bike or Rosalina+Flame Runner?

Which combo is the best (AND WHY) for online play using automatic? What about for manual?

To me, it seems like the Flame Runner is a little faster, but the Mach Bike has better drift and handling.

Oh, and don't tell me to use Funky Kong - I don't care if he is the fastest - I can't stand those annoying sounds he makes!
 
Flamer Runner + Rosalina all the way.
I already raised my VR by 800 by switching to that combo.
