How do I get it? I occasionally will get it, where a blue air stream wooshes past me, and that's it... I've been lucky a couple of times where it completely engulfs my kart, and I go MUCH faster briefly. How did I get it? I don't know what I could have done to get that to happen... I want to master that, since I finally mastered the 3-2-1 boost!!
