I recently got caught with a quarter pound of pot and a scale. I got caught with little money (under 200 dollars). I did not actually get caught in the act of selling but they could have wire tapped me. It is my FIRST offense though never did anything wrong in my life. whats the chances of getting out of jail time and only recieving fines and or probation. By the way I am from new york.
