First off, I weight 185 pounds, thats about a 60/40 ratio of muscle-to-fat and I almost never smoke 'green'.
A friend and I are in a 'debate' over how long the THC would stay in my system if I were to smoke about 3-4 days in a row (lets say maybe just one bowl a night, maybe 2 on one special night..which isn't too much, for you non-tokers), with a maybe a space between the one of the days.
Given that yes, I drink alot of water, but I also drink alot of soda as well (I've heard that can affect the length of the time THC stays in your system, but I'm not 100% sure on that). I don't exercise frequently (once or twice a week, if that).
