Mare's heat cycles are all out of whack and getting worse?

So my 5yr old arab/paint mare comes in to heat so often it's crazy and it seems like every other week nowadays. You ride her in the arena all she wants is the geldings in the pasture so you can't get her to concentrate(pasture and arena are only separated by a fence). She will turn her rear to each and every one of them and start squirting out some sort of liquid which doesn't seem to be urine. She will also buck or crow hop to get back to the boys too. She doesn't care about the mares, there's no stallions on the property, just geldings. Oh and when you walk by her rear, brush her tail, or groom her hindquarters she will raise her tail up and to the side. We don't have the money for a vet to check it out and put her on something special, breeding her to regulate her heat cycles isn't an option at the moment, is there any kind of mixture I can make for her to calm her down? I can get to health food stores and such around for herbs and oils as well as grocery store for regular items no problem.

This mare is spectacular other than that, when she's not in heat she behaves like an angel. She doesn't have any aggression towards humans or anything I just wish she wasn't in heat so much.
ETA: Forgot to mention but she has never had a foal in the past and her dam had horrible heat cycles where she would kick and bite any horse near her but they weren't nearly as frequent.
She's a very high strung mare so I'd rather not risk her getting any more hyper :P

She eats Nutrena Prime which does not contain corn. She used to eat sweet feed that I believe had corn in it but even back then it wasn't as bad now. I don't believe her feed is the culprit. But that does remind me, she gets upset if a horse near her gets moved or I don't come see her everyday and stops eating for a while. Like just in October she threw me off and I landed on my knee where I had to take things easy and lounge around the house. My step-dad fed her for about a week until she stopped eating, I came out to feed her knowing what was wrong, and she returned to eating.
