Can you "ALERT GM" someone for buying meso online. There is this person I know and dislike. He buys meso off ogpal. He even says in-game stuff like "i need to buy more meso". He even admits he buys meso online.
So, if I alert gm him. What will happen? Will he get banned? Is there a potential I could get banned? Will the person know I alerted him to the GM's?
