many symptoms, possible conditions?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the board and well I'm looking for some advice on what could possibly be wrong with me

I'm gonna list most of my symptoms and possibly see if someone might be able to help me out with some advice or suggestions?

For as long as I can remember I've had these symptoms... at least dating back to high school (I honestly can't remember so they might have been there a lot longer). I'm a male in my mid-twenties now, and these symptoms are still there. I went to a doctor for an initial appointment and told her that I believe I have hyperthoiroidism 1)because I seem to exhibit a lot of it's symptoms and 2) because my mom was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism as well... but the doctor didn't believe it and had me take some blood tests for TSH and she just called me today and said my TSH levels were normal... so now I'm kinda confused and just wondering why I have so much wrong with me...

what I'm wondering, is it possible to be misdiagnosed based on TSH levels alone? or is there another possible condition that exhibits similar symptoms? or can it be many small conditions lumped up that make it seem like i have hyperthyroidism?

Here are all my symptoms I've taken notice of...

I have
-excessive sweating
whenever i exercise, I tend to sweat A LOT more than the average person, also during uphill or long walks, I tend to glisten from the forehead a bit, also during any weather above 80 degrees pretty much
-my palms and foot soles are usually moist a large majority of the time
-when I run, my feet tend to stiffen up and go numb, they're stuck in an L position and it hurts to keep running after that (I'm able to subdue some of the pain by stopping to stretch my shins, calves and ankles for a bit, but the pain usually returns after a couple minutes)
-also, when I run I get these bumps in the veins of my shins (my guess would be that there is an increased blood pressure to that area?)
-I have heart palpitations
-I believe I have a rapid heart rate
-I sometimes get a sort of sharp pain in my left breast, very rarely, but it happens
-I think I urinate more than normal
-lately, I seem to be having hair loss, I can see my hairline has been gradually receding... if you look at my hair, it probably doesn't seem too bad, it might even look normal, but it's definitely receding even if not that severely, but lately i've noticed the hairloss more than ever... just sweeping my hair back and forth a bit, i'll notice there's usually a handful of strands that come loose
-my hands have always been kinda shaky, not to the point of spasms or anything, but when trying to hold them still in the air, I can see them shake
-I've shown ADHD-I like symptoms:
-hard for me to pay attention
-lack of focus
-very forgetful
-difficulty reading (i can't make sense of what I read on the first try, i need to comb things over many times before I can even begin to understand what I'm reading)
-mental fatigue and cloudiness - my mind feels like it's always cloudy in there, and i'm not sure if they go hand in hand, but it always seems fatigued as well
- i have cognitive(?) problems - i struggle communicating with others, seems like my mind's always blank without anything to say, or I can't put my thoughts together into sentences... i guess when I know what I want to tell someone, I don't do too bad, since I already know what I need to say but even then it's still a bit of a struggle... but other than that it's just impossible for me to have a casual conversation. I can't get past the informal greeting and a couple of questions... I can't have a normal free-flowing convo that doesn't feel like an intorregation, lol
-i believe i might have social anxiety - but i'm not sure if that just may be because of my problems with communicating... since I know I have nothing to say most of the time, I tend to go out of my way to avoid people when possible... and when I do talk to someone, sometimes I tend to get nervous and sometimes I start to sweat a bit
-my eye sight has been reduced - it's nowhere near what it used to be years ago... i could sit in the back of the class room and read everything no problem, but that's not possible anymore, I usually need to be in close range

I was diagnosed with ADHD-I not too long ago, and right now I'm taking dextroamphetamine to help me with my focus problems... I'm mainly using it to be able to study, because otherwise it's an impossible task for me... it helps me read and comprehend, and focus and not be as easily distractable by small things... but I still feel like my mind is clouded anyway.

I have so many symptoms that I was 99% sure it was all caused by hyperthyroidism, but the doctor I saw found it hard to believe (maybe because I'm a male?) and she said the blood test for TSH came back normal... and like I said, my mom has hyperthyroidism, so I dont know, I still don't wanna dismiss it as a possibility. Is the TSH test enough to rule out that possibility?

Or is there anything else that can lead to all or most of those symptoms? Or did God decide to play a joke on me and give me a bunch of minor, yet annoying, symptoms :p ?

also, what would be the best type of doctor to see about this? an endocrinologist?

thanks for any advice you can offer :)

Dehydration and stress ? You can go see a integrated md..alternative doctor who is a md too. They run different tests then traditional doctors and focus on the whole body not just a piece of it.search acam good luck.
