manuals Dodge neon: How do obtain repair manuals online for cars.?

I need to look at some diagrams and repair manuals for my Dodge Neon 2000. I need to replace the column and need to find the bolts and bolt sizes to complete the operation. Any info?
 
You can get them free from your local library. Chilton is the most common repair manual publisher.
