My iPhone (which is jailbroken on another computer) is synced/authorized on that computer.
I plugged it into my own computer and authorization is ok. But if I checkmark "manually manage music and video", it gives me a popup message below saying...
"The iPhone "<name>" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library.
An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
If i choose to go ahead and click "Erase and Sync". Will I lose all my downloaded apps and pictures in the process. I'm not worried about music or videos as I have none on the iphone. I'm using iTunes 9.
