We use a Dlink router for our wireless network, and the ip addressing doesn't work on some devices. On my Toshiba laptop and iMac, DHCP and manual addresses work perfectly, but on my Macbook, iPad and iPod touch, it assigns 169.254.208.212 as the ip, instead of 192.168.0.*, put 255.255.0.0 as the subnet mask and doesn't find the router address. When I put in a manual address, I have to change it every few minutes or I can't access the internet. Why does it do this and how can I fix it?
