Hi I passed my test in October, got myself a car in November. I love driving, but I can't get on with the bite and gears. I'm scared of stalling all the time. When i'm at traffic lights i'm hoping for the lights to go green so I don't have to stop and use the bite, as I'm frightened it will stall and i'll hold everyone up. I can't hear or feel the bite like everyone says. Also I tend to put too much gas on and rev. It's got to the point I don't want to drive my car and I only want to if people are in it. Plus I can't get on with changing the gears all the time. So my question is do you think its a good idea to swap to an automatic. Even for a year or so just to get my confidence on the road first?
