Mann V. Cellco Settlement??

I've had Verizon for about 8 years or so...is this settlment rellevent? Or should I dis-regard this notice?

If you were charged overages for dormant data sessions lasting longer than 60 minutes during July 1, 2005 through March 16, 2006, yes. Otherwise, no.
