Manager makes all the decisions without employee input?

Ok I work for a store and the employees has no input in decisions at all, I have to do a paper about it (by the way this is not a small chain store). What would I call that decision making process and what are the strengths and weakness of that style? Plz give true answers I have been on the internet all day and have not found anything to explain it. I found the participatory management, but this is not it, I need the opposite one. thank you!
