at work, i knew this one manager had a crush on me. i learned this the hard way, because i thought he was gay the whole time. so while i was busy being careful around him, the other manager decided to kiss me. now i don't know what to do. if the first manager found out, he'd be pissed. and the second one is really cool, so i don't want him to get fired. what should i do?

Bring them both in a room, tell them to fight over you and then when one of them is dead take his job.. Heh ok sorry in all seriousness just tell them each about the other and see what they say.. Hell you never know one could be starting an affair and cheating on someone else, get to know them? I dunno I guess its just plain straight forward advice..
