I live in Honolulu, and last weekend my friends and I were camping in Kahana Bay (north shore), when I got stung by a man-of-war. It's on the back of my knee and swelled up pretty bad within the first 24 hours.
I didn't seek any medical treatment because after a few days, it started to get better. Now, it's been over a week, and suddenly it's gotten swollen again, red, and is very itchy.
Any ideas on what this could be? I don't really have money to go to the doctor and get medicine...
